Arizona's Real Estate Market - Up or Down? Getting Better?

glassesKnowing that I am an absolute fantatic about knowledge, fellow  A/R member - Dru Bloomfield told me about Real Estate Consultant Elliot Pollack's website - www.arizonaeconomy.com.  What a wealth of information about Arizona's real estate industry, figures, facts, etc. While I recognize that this is one man's opinion, I'm wondering if his perspective is shared by local real estate professionals?   Are there other websites  out there like this one?  (I'm not a Realtor(r)).

Elliot Pollack has been THE source for AZ real estate info for at least 15 years.  He's great read although his slideshows can be voluminous (they're on his website)

Sometimes I wonder just how many trailers Mr. Pollack has sitting on empty lots througout the valley??

Calie, I don't know of any others.  I read his stuff religiously.

K- I think he's pretty clean.  You should both hear him speak.  Kaushik, I know you'd like it.

The Pollack trailors are a different guy... Elliot is the economist, and Michael is the investor / developer. I do not know if they are related, but doubt it. Both are very successful in their respective arenas...
