Buyers Beware! Some Arizona Builders Experiencing Financial Difficulties! (reblog from Teri Ellis)

This original post was written by Broker, Teri Ellis.  It's a list of Arizona homebuilders who are experieincing financial difficulties, and it is quite long.  Teri really did her homework and provided quite an eye-opening service to Arizona consumers by bringing this list to our attention. I felt it was worth a reblog - just to make sure every consumer was aware.  - Calie Waterhouse

The Official Website of the Arizona Department of Real Estate has placed on its website a list of builders experiencing financial difficulties. I've provided a link of the pdf file provided by the Department of Real Estate for those purchasing new homes and for their Realtors! - Builders Experiencing Financial Difficulties. As Realtors, it's our duty to be "informed."  This list would be useful for your buyers, or to place on your Builderswebsite or personal blog. Checking the website of the Arizona Department of Real Estate regularly will help us stay aware of what is going on in our State.

This is not just happening in Maricopa County, but throughout our state. Yet another good reason for buyers to use the services of a Realtor instead of going out on their own.

Thanks Callie - I think! I don't know how all of this reblog stuff works.... I hope Arizonans hear about this. ;-)

Teri - thanks for sharing this info.  As you can see from above, I didn't get any points for your post.  I just happen to think that more people need to be aware that the ADRE is working on their behalf to build awareness.    Even in the Google alert that I received, you are credited for the blog and my name appears no where ... just the way it should be.  Thanks again - Calie
